what is ip intelligence

HERE is some good info on the IP intelligence service F5 offers. They basically are constantly monitoring tons of traffic for large companies and have a good opportunity to say "this IP is bad, always block it." It's usually an IP address attached to a bot or headless browser trying to attack anything it can reach, but could also be an individual bad actor.
