I really need your help. we have a requirement where we  need to create a Webtop in F5 APM that includes VNC access so macOS users can connect to their office Macs remotely.

  • Could you elaborate a little on what are you are facing right now? or the issue you've came upon

  • Users who r running mac cannot connect to RDP right when accessing the APM. So we need to create for them Webtop which has vnc

I have never attempted to try it using MacOS but

First I would suggest to check locally that the Macs  in office actually has a working VNC, when its all working locally move to the F5.
You should use Application tunnel or SSL VPN.
      F5 stated the following
"To configure an Application Tunnel, you must know the ports used by VNC. By default, VNC will listen on a TCP port in the range 5900 - 5999. Refer to the manual for your VNC software to learn how to display or control the port used by VNC."
