Jul 08, 2009Webdav trouble
Hello !
I want to customise the logon page and so I'm trying to loging with WebDav.
I followed everything I found here http://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/default.aspx/FirePass/FirepassLogonPageReplacement.html and here http://devcentral.f5.com/Default.aspx?tabid=53&view=topic&postid=29830
I installed BitKinex 3.1.1 and configured the DataSources.
But I get a "403 Forbidden"
Help ?
Thanks !
Vincent

Are you getting the 403 error using BitKinex? Is it when you are trying to log into the webdav?
Make sure you are using the username webdav and the password that you set.
Personally I use AnyClient as my webdav client and have never had a problem. - Narfix_65825

No I can login ok. This is when I try to navigate to the /sandbox directory.
After I posted my message I saw that "User Logon" was unchecked in the WebServices properties but since I can't restart the F5 until late at night I wasn't able to test if this is my problem. - nash_65851

That "User Logon" could be the issue, but I'm not sure..
In Anyclient, I open the webdav folder straight into the sandbox directory.. - Narfix_65825

I finally have some time to come back to that problem.
It seems I've managed to logon to the firepass, I can even write a file in the sandbox directory.
My question : Is it normal the sandbox directory is empty at first ? - Mike_61719

Yes it is normal - Narfix_65825
