Web Page Unavailable

I have configured the F5 networking, virtual server and pool and pool members. Health Monitors show the vs and pool members available. From the console I can ping the pool members. From the console I can run curl to the page successfully. However, when trying to access from the Internet I get page unavailable. I am getting to the F5, from the Internet, because I am being prompted to bypass an untrusted certificate. However, once I say ignore the cert error, I can no longer get to the page. In TCPDUMPS, from the console, I find that curl is using the non-floating self IP. However the floating self IP is used when accessing from outside. SNAT is being used.

I have found the following so far, which is that the floating IP never receives a response back from the pool member.

I am unsure how to troubleshoot this further. Can someone please help and provide some direction. I have opened a case with F5 and they only say it is a "network issue".
