Hi All, My Web Accelerator blocks the pdf downloading. I confirmed ,if i remove the WA class profile, i can download the same pdf. I can't found where & How WA blocks the pdf downloading . I am using default Ecommerce policy as my policy Pls help me on fine tuning the WA policy parameters

Hi Siva, Your best bet might be to open a case with F5 Support. I did notice a CR that might be related in 10.0.1HF3: CR122353: WAM now properly processes v1.3 PDF files. Maybe this is related to the problem you're seeing? Aaron

My Web Accelerator blocks the pdf downloading. I confirmed ,if i remove the WA class profile, i can download the same pdf. I can't found where & How WA blocks

Hi Siva,

Your best bet might be to open a case with F5 Support. I did notice a CR that might be related in 10.0.1HF3:
