Web acceleration include list - what will it include?

I couldn't seem to get it to cache anything so I changed it back to the default of include .*

 

It is caching a very small number of files and I can't figure out why it's not caching more. Does it take a while (a certain number of hits?) to get cached? I would think it would cache it on the first hit if it was cacheable.
