Way to configure a Static Wide-IP pool member?

Is there a way to include a member of a Wide-IP pool that is not tied to a monitored resource? I.E. Hardcoding that you want the answer to be "x.x.x.x" and "y.y.y.y" to any request that the Wide-IP Handles? I've tried de-selecting the 'Verify Member Availability" in the pool configuration but the Wide-IP doesn't serve up the pool members as answers to queries if that member is in fact not "alive" from the perspective of the F5-DNS server.

    You can always use a GSLB iRule to reply with whatever static answer you would like, completely eliminating the need for a pool.
