When you upgraded to 11.5, your base iApp templates were all upgraded, so the yellow bang symbol is correct. It will disappear once you re-enter the iApp.

CirrusHi Fred, what do you mean by re-enter iApp, do you mean reconfigure then in production live, it will be a huge challenge :(
