WANJet 500 - Forgot password of Admin Account

Hi.. could you help me with this issue.... The Administrator of WANJet 500 forgot the password of Admin Account, it´s possible to recovery the access to the Web Access GUI?, Only we can access by the roadmin Account but it not have permission to change the configuration, are there any way to recovery the access? Thank You
