VWIRE in VE

Hello, Can anyone confirm that vwire is available and should work in Virtual Edition? I got a VMware VM and I can see that the menu option is in place: Network ›› Virtual Wire I also read for exam...

Virtual Wire is not supported on VE, and it sounds like its a feature of the Broadcom chipset in some platforms.

"Bear in mind that L2 topology modes are only supported on the following F5 BIG-IP i58x0 platforms and above which have the Broadcom chipset, plus the VIPRION B2250 and B4450 blades."
