VS and Virtuel addresse list Disabled but the VS still reachable

Hi All   hope you are fine   please we have a issue.   after disabled VS and Virtual address list the IP still reachable   [root@Big-Ip2:Active:In Sync] config ping 192.168.x.x PING 192...

This is expected behavior. A disabled or down by a monitor VS and virt address still respond to icmp and arp. Both arp and icmp can be disabled in the virtual address properties settings.
