VPN.com service on GTM with topology, sticky/persistence options

I am trying to host VPN.com service on GTM with topology, Need help on this.

                       VPN.COM (wideIP)

US-DC: GTM-LTM-VPN servers

UK-DC: VPN server (No GTM, LTM in UK).

If UK users connect to VPN.COM then traffic will hit on GTM and then it will go to UK-DC and VPN server this flow will work for initial packet and using which DC needs to respond based on topology. However, is there option for lateral packets/consecutive packets will flow between users and VPN servers directly without going to GTM for set period or so. Not sure, if we can use bypass /persistence or some options.
