It appears to be a PCoIP communication problem and I would follow TCP/UDP 4172 flows to make sure they are being correctly routed.. Are you using LTM only (no APM) with security servers, or is the traffic internal (secure) where you allow connection directly to View Connection servers and Virtual desktops?
