vmware view 2FA auth with APM

Hi, I am using 2FA (rsa + ad) to authenticate users through APM. in VPE, the logon page for vmware view doesn't have the "Read Only" feature, therefore, when I authenticate with RSA, I can't populate...

To clarify, the Read-only dropbox at the far right of the VPE log-on configuration page is missing? Or it just won't let you change the drop-down from "No" to "Yes?"
