vlan failsafe command-line options

I'm running 9.3.1HF8. I have VLAN failsafe configured on my external vlan, with a Timeout value of "30" and an Action of "Fail Over". I can remove VLAN failsafe just fine with b vlan external failsa...

Yes you need to b config sav so that it survives a reboot.
