virtual server listen on multiple ports?

How do I make same virtual server listen on multiple ports? We have sharepoint app running on port 80. The explorer view works slows as windows default tries to use SMB port at first. Is there any way...

How many ports are we talking about here? There are a couple of options, each with advantages/disadvantages...
