Virtual server IP

i am building virtual load balancer.can i use VIP IP from my internal VLAN. all my pool members are in internal VLAN:192.168.1.X and 192.168.2.x

 

can i use VIP IP from 192.168.1.x and 192.168.2.x. if no how can i choose VIP IP

  • You can put a VIP address on any interface directly connected to the BIG-IP. In this case, you have a vlan in both networks so there should be no issues with sending traffic between 192.168.1.x and 192.168.2.x
