virtual server h323 with all ports and protocols does not working

Hello everyone,

 

Well, I tried to configure VS for H323 with all protocols and all port enabled (automap), and is working fine with outbound traffic, but when I tried to call my VS (inbound), I only see "syn" packets coming from internet , Ringing shown but can not answer the call, if push green button the call is not established at all. Thus, UDP traffic does not transfer.

 

Collected logs when i tried to call from INT:

I made some port tests from BigIP (like telnet to the node 172.20.20.90) and all responses are without problems.

 

I opened a support case, but can not help me with this configuration, I am looking for F5 documents on H 323, LITERALLY ... I have not found anything.

 

Please help me about this.

    Hi,

     

    I guess the issue is that IP addresses are also inside H323 parameters....

     

    • peerremote=00000000:00000000:0000FFFF:AC14145A
    • peerlocal=00000000:00000000:0000FFFF:AC141406
    • remoteport=1720
    • localport=47807

    AC14145A is the hex value for 172.20.20.90

     

    AC141406 is the hex value for 172.20.20.6

     

    So, if you want to enable NAT, you have to also rewrite the content to match values

    Does anyone have a copy of the iApp. It looks like it was removed during the DevCentral updates.
