Virtual server discover enabled does not detect the list of VIP's on the LTM.

I have 2 LTM's as server's on GTM's being marked up but Virtual servers are not being discovered automatically, even after the virtual server discovery is enabled on the GTM.

what is the status of LTM servers on the GTM? Are they green and UP?
