Virtual Keyboard Option Link on Login Page

I am trying to provide a link on my customized login page that gives users the option of activating the virtual keypad when needed.

 

 

I know we can launch from a Pre-Login Sequence Script but I need to be able to manually activate this as needed on a customized landing URI.

 

 

Does anyone know what the path and files are that are needed to acitvate this? I know it's a Java Applet but I cant seem to get the path from view source on my lab box.
