Virtual keyboard and square brackets

hello, We use the Access Portal for user authentication on Active Directory with a virtual keyboard for enter the password with manual input disabled And sometimes the users use a password with "square brackets" Opened : "[ " or Closed:" ]". But in my Virtual Keyboard the "square brackets" are not present. the access portal is configured in french language only. How make....

 

Is it possible to add and personnalize the character list in the virtual keyboard ?

    The Virtual Keyboard in APM is a Javascript file includ in the Portal Access page. This file is located in /var/sam/www/webtop/public/include/js/vk/f5_vk.js

     

    It's realy easy to customize.

    I do not believe it is currently possible to customize the characters displayed on the virtual keyboard. I recommend opening a case with f5 support, and at least get a RFE (request for enhancement) in.
