Viprioin HA issue with multiple blade

Hi guys,

 I have two viprion devices to config HA,and two blades with ecah device.Now I only add the mgmt IP  to HA IP network failover.The mgmg interface of Primary Blade Slot1 is connected,while slot2 is not.I find heartbeat packet is transfered through mgmt and HA on slot1.But on slot2 ，a tmm and HA port have the heartbeat packet.Why there is heartbeat packet in a tmm interface other than HA?

    Did you put in the cluster IP address or the cluster member (blade's) IP address?

     

    One is supposed to only use the cluster member IP addresses in failover unicast configuration.

    Connect up and IP all your Mgmt interfaces, also if possible connect up the interfaces and setup HA using self IPs on a dedicated HA VLAN not the mgmt interfaces.

     

    I have had issues with HA before on Viprion used mgmt IPs, though I have had it working.
