VIP with no Pool https iRule Redirect

We have quite a few internet facing web servers that currently are setup with a HTTP and HTTPS VIP. The HTTP VIP has a HTTP Pool and the HTTPS VIP has a HTTPS Pool. Both Pools have the same members...

you can have virtual server without pool such as http virtual server with https redirection irule. anyway, i do not think there is a way to make virtual server status as active (green) without pool.
