Hi,
Virtual Server IP status indicator is "Offline (Enabled) - Red", as the children pool member(s) are down. The VIP is redirecting the traffic to a diff site bcoz of an iRule.

I was checking the config on LTM and was not sure why the VS was responding to the ICMP echo request when its marked as offline, but now it's clear that it's due to ICMP echo response option setting.
