VIP not giong down

Hi ,     we have this old 540 BIGIP, where even if i bring down all the members in the pool VIP still keeps on listening to port 80 but the application it self wouldnt work as of course no...

A reset might not be enough as any response is marked OK by some utilities. Depending on your solution, you may need to discard instead of reset.
