MVPenable http/3 on client side.
it's udp based instead of tcp based so client download is faster, which is why youtube, akamai, etc. use it.
though udp based, dont worry about data integrity as the L5-6 protocol has mechanism for it.

additonally, ensure that asm's http response inspection for the mp4 url is disabled.
