Just to add to the point from F5 OS version
13.1.5 to 16.x
We can jump only one major blockpoint like
from 13.x to 15.x and then 15.x to 16.x
or else do first 13.x to 14.x and then from 14.x to 16.x
we cannot jump more than 1 major version at a time.
