VELOS upgrade

Hi Fellow members, our customer is looking to upgrade their F5 systems running on a VELOS CX410 chassis. The current controller and partition version on the VELOS is 1.5.1

The tenants are running the 15.1.4 version which is already EoL. I just want to make sure the right way to completely upgrade them. Do the tenants first or the base Chassis F5OS first? Can I go straight to the latest Velos software 1.8.2 from 1.5.1 or is there an interim one recommended?  Cant find a document related to my use case.

    I see it as first upgrade controllers then partitions and then tenants if you want newer than 15.1.4 that is not supported anymore than F5. For the tenants uploads qkview and see the "Upgrade Advisor" if you can go from 15.1.4 to 17.1.5.3 directly (too bad the upgrade advisor is not available for F5OS 😐)
