VE not reporting stats in traffic summary and unable to reset interface counters
I am migrating a ha-pair from 6900s to VE(VMware). The first device went off without a hitch. The second...
I promoted the second device to active after migrating to VE and I started looking at "Traffic Summary" to validate that the device was not black holing traffic. While the device was in standby I was getting a throughput average of about 900k. After I promoted it to active it started to go up to 10mb and then everything dropped to 0.
I have never seen these numbers at 0 before so I jumped into the cli and ran "tmsh show net interface" then "reset-stats net interface" and the show again. The stats did not reset...
I ran a tcp capture and I am most certain receiving a ton of traffic. It seems to be a glitch in whatever process is generating the statistics. I tried restarting statsd with no effect. I did an mcpd reload. The Traffic Summary responded for about 60 seconds and then everything dropped to 0 again and I had the same problem resetting stats.
Has anybody else run into this problem? Found a known bug on it?
Thanks! -C

There are no recent BZIDs on this behavior, and none that seem to exactly match what you are describing. I would recommend opening a support case to get this resolved.
