vCMP: Why is my entire file system allocated as Boot locations ?

I am learing how vCMP works. I might have made a mistake during the initial configuration and I don't know about it. The below picture shows the lab config (top side) and prod disk configuration (bottom side)

Despite of the above I was able to create a guest in the lab. I am not sure which config is correct and how to fix this
