AltocumulusvCMP Guest Failed: Error Starting VM
Recommendation:
- Reseat the blade that has the Error of VM.
It resolves after it reseats the blade that has the errors of VM.
F5 Platform: Viprion C4800 | B4300

I would try to set the vCMP guest to configured, and then toggle back to deployed and see if that resolves the issue. Also, those blades are quite old.... it has passed the Hardware Product End of Software Support
(EoSS) as of 01-Apr-2021. Complete hardware support ends 01-Apr-2025.https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K4309
In either case, you also want to be getting off BIG-IP 14.x as this will be toast by December 31, 2023.
