v11 & Volume management

Hi all,     How can I create a new Volume in v11 or v11.1? In the section System > Disk Management, I can delete Volume or db already created but I don't see how to Create a new volume.   ...

I replaced a blade on a VIPRION 2400 VCMP 16 (RMA) and two vCMP came with orginal volumes while two did not. They only had one volume so I could not do the upgrade.

 

Here is what I found to work.

 

 

from the command line (tm shell)

 

(/Common)(tmos) install sys software image BIGIP-11.3.0.2806.0.iso volume HD1.2 create-volume

 

You can also boot.

 

then I installed the hotfix ei:

 

install sys software hotfix Hotfix-BIGIP-11.3.0-3022.0-HF3.iso volume HD1.2

    First you have to import the Hoftix via GUI
