v10 Upgrade failure - HELP!

I have two 1600 LTM. I upgraded from ver 9.4 to 10 on the standby unit without incident. But when I upgraded to the primary, it went into EUD. I since got a null-modem cable and forced it to boot to MOS but cannot find the .iso for version. Now cannot copy the .iso to use image2disk.

    I encountered the very same type of issue. Unfortunately for me I had to to basically PXE to v9.3.1, restore the old configuration and then perform the upgrade again.
