v 14.1: manual ASM Signature Update not possible?

Hi,   I've got version 14.1.0.5 running and I'm wondering how can I update the ASM Attack Signature according to this: https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K82512024   I've to do this manually...

Do you have sufficient rights to do this? I'm using 14.1.0.3 and I can use the 'Upload File' button. When I log in as another user with the role auditor, the button is greyed out. However I also see the message 'You do not have the permission to perform this action' when trying to select the button. Also make sure you are in the /Common partition.
