NimbostratusUSING LTM VS as DNS LISTENER
Hi All
I have a requirement to create DNS Listener in GTM and load balance to EXTERNAL DNS Server for DNS Queries and response .I do not have GTM Licence on my corporate we achieve the same by creating virtual server If yes Any one can suggest. I found below
Stateless UDP with nPath Routing, on page 2-2 •Stateless UDP traffic management, on page 2-8 •Basic Stateful UDP traffic management, on page 2-11 •Stateful UDP Datagram traffic management, on page 2-13 •Layer 7 UDP traffic management, on page 2-15
Ashish_Sharm_21Sorry , I think above configuration is for DNS Server traffic Management. My main purpose is that my LAN DNS server can forward DNS request/queries to ISP DNS .
LAN DNS >>> ISP DNS (LTM and firewall in the way).
I cannot use Public IP Of DNS till LTM .So I am thinking to rollout forwarding virtual server for UDP traffic .Please suggest ?

If you don't have DNS license, you can't manage easily DNS response.
