Can you please try the following:
Replace the configuration line for virtual-server vs_ccuc80:
from: attach virtual-ip vs_ccuc80_ip
to: attach virtual-ip vs_ccuc80_ip default
Once you have applied this configuration change, please let me know of the outcome. This will assist in progressing this investigation.
