Using iControlSnapIn PShell Module connecting to BigIP v14.1

It seems like this syntax can not longer be used to connect to V14.1

Add-PSSnapin icontrolsnapin

Initialize-F5.iControl -HostName $f5instance -Username $user -Password $pwd

 

Whats the recommeded way to connect in V14?
