Using AAM with Sharepoint

We are looking to use the iApp for a Sharepoint deployment and had a question about caching. Specially, is there a best practice recommendation with regards to caching both on the BigIP AND using the Sharepoint blob cache? Or is the recommendation to use one or the other? Any issues or gotchas to consider?
