Users Cannot access via RDP GW

Hi All, I have a issue with RDP GW.

I setted RDP GW on F5, lot of employees can access via published RDP GW, but there are few of them with different versions of Win 10, which cannot access via F5 RDP GW. For RDP GW is used windows 2012 R2, which is correctly setted up in F5 iApp. APM is not enabled, authentication is only via AD.

Only solution what I have is to set up on employee PC something in registers, which change access protocol from HTTP to RPC-HTTP (should be older version).
