User Role with enough privileges to force the device to Active/Standby mode
Hi all,
Can someone please let me know what User Role I can use for our support team that will give them enough privileges to force a device to Active or Standby mode? At the moment their User Role is "Operator". That does not allow them to force a device to Active/Standby mode and does not allow to Sync the config changes either.
We do not want to put the support team in the Admin group.

The Administrator or Resource Administrator role is required for that functionality. If you have a developer in your team, you could create an iControl/iControlREST script that could perform these functions and offer them to your support team as part of a tool set.
