User connection disconnected

User are complaining that their connections are disconnected after sometime and they have to reestablish it again. Any ideas what might be going on?

    Can you explain a little bit more please ?

     

    Sometimes, It can be due to the TCP Keep-alive timeout.

     

    If you have http traffic, it can be that your keep-alive timeout is lower than the one configured on your backend server.
