Hi Ashok,

You could try the following 

 
 when HTTP_REQUEST { 
    if {([HTTP::host] eq "www.abc.com") and ([HTTP::uri] eq "/") } { 
           HTTP::redirect "https://www.abc.com/test/Login.html" 
       } 
 }
