AltocumulusUpgraded 11.1 -> 11.4, server rejects TLS1.2
Serverssl profile is based on insecure_compatible. After upgrading from 11.1 to 11.4, the server-Side SSL negotiation fails:

I disabled TLSv1.2 in the profile options, rather than trying to do it with the cipher string.
