Upgrade path 11.5.1 to 13.1.0.8

Got a DR Viprion 2400 Chassis running BIG-IP 11.5.1 Build 5.0.147 Hotfix HF5 and need to upgrade to 13.1.0.8. What is the best path to upgrade the device to Version 13?

Why upgrade to 13.1.0.8 and not 13.1.1.3?

 

There is no more bug fixes on versions 13.1.0 as 13.1.1 branch is released...
