Upgrade from Standard to Premium Support - How to prove
Hello friends,
This is just a simple question. I am new in F5's world.
After upgrading my support program from standard to premium, I would like to know how to prove that I have effectively gotten the new support program. Is there any document to prove it? I think I can open a case and wait to be assisted on midnight or weekends, but I need such a document to show to my boss.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
LP

It is very simple. First, you should receive an email from F5 confirming this. Second, you can always open a case and ask support to verify the level of coverage on your devices

You can check from F5 Support Licensing Tools: F5 Home --> Support --> Licensing Tools --> Product Information Request
https://secure.f5.com/validate/validate.jsp
Enter your e-mail and product serials. After a few minutes you will get product information e-mail which also contains support contract history and levels:
