Upgrade from 11.3 to 11.? (recommendations)

We are currently running 11.3.0 HF5 on both LTMs and GTMs. I was thinking about upgrading to 11.5.1 HF5, but now I'm considering going to 11.6 HF1. Reading through all the release notes and known iss...

11.5.1 with the latest hotfix has been out for much longer than 11.6.0. Unless you have some specific feature you need in 11.6.0, I'd go for 11.5.1.
