Update Cert in F5

Hi, I am going to update the cert for F5. I got two cert: one is like this: abc.tex, second is like this: abc.crt What is difference between the two? Can i use either of them to update? Thank you

Ask the company/entity that issued the files to explain to you what each file is. You're not going to get an answer here.
