Update BigIP LTM 3600 from Ver. 11.2.0 HF3 to Ver. 11.6.0 HF1

Hi all, I would like to update our LTM 3600 which is highly available. Can I expect some problems? Are the Versions compatible, because of the high available? In the past I had always problems when I updated over more than one Version.

    Hi Joern,

     

    You can upgrade your 3600 platform from 11.2 to 11.6 bypassing all other versions in between. Problems may arise, but they can be solved on the go.

    You should, as always, read the release notes thoroughly for your target version, and if you have an F5 support contract, you can open a proactive case approximately 5 days before your upgrade to make it a little faster to contact a support engineer if you need assistance during your upgrade.

    Hi all, now I have updated our both BIG-IP LTM 3600 from Version 11.2.0 HF3 to 11.6.0 HF1 without Problems :-)
