Update address-list of AFM using external source

I have an external blacklist source file outside of AFM and the file is basically txt file. And it stores the IP addresses with simple format like below.

1.1.1.1

2.2.2.2

3.3.3.3

4.4.4.4

5.5.5.5

.

.

.

I want to add these addresses into my existing address-list regularly and dynamically block them. But I can not find any right solution to achieve this.

Any idea?
