Unparsable request content

Is there a way to allow a request through to a certain URL that is being blocked by Unparsable Expect Header: 100,100-continue? I tried using allow URL but it continues to block the request. I don't want to disable the feature globally in the blocking settings. Please let me know if you need more info.
